Our venue hire rates are :
- Valid from 1 January to 31 December 2012
- Quoted in $AUD, include GST, cleaning (pre-entry and exit), and electricity, rubbish removal (2 x 1.5m3 skip)
- For a 24 hour period on a 'Dry Hire' basis. Please refer to the Service Providers for Event Management, Catering, Audio Visual & Equipment Hire.
- Bookings are subject to Cruise Ship visitation. Bookings for dates 12 months or more in advance cannot be confirmed until finalisation of the Cruise Ship schedule for the calendar year to which the booking relates.
- Charges may also apply for the following::
- Safety Fencing
- Additional toilet facilities, if exceeding 800 people
- Security Personnel
- Venue co-ordination by Ports North during the event
- Bump in and bump out, outside of the 24 hour hire period
